documents required for home loan :
1.      latest 3 months’ salary slips or 3 years’ Income Tax returns
2.      latest  6 / 12 months’ bank statement where salary is credited
3.      form-16 or PF statement
4.      appointment letter
5.      qualification certificate
6.      identity proof
7.      residence proof
8.      2 passport photos each of applicant & co-applicant
9.      one cheque for processing fee
10.   all the above are to be submitted along with property documents,
in our case, we will provide all the following property documents
1.      agreement between seller / builder and buyer
2.      property documents for the last 20 years
3.      e. c. on the property up to date
4.      lay-out plan of the plot
5.      house construction permission
6.      estimation for construction of house
